Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP says my care pack was delivered. However I never recieved an email. I NEED TO GET MY COMPUTER FIXED!!! Help please!!

Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).

@Echo_Lake I also never received my an email about my care pack. I need this information ASAP. Could you please have someone contact me so that I can give them my order details so they can help me with this
