 recently upgraded my windows using windows 10 upgrade assistant. And to my utter surprise, cyberlink media player became unactivated after it and asked for product key which I never had. I then, uninstalled the software.  I just got the software back with the link in former solved case, but still wont open my dvd when i put it in
