i have bought a 16 gb hp v220w usb flash drive but my laptop (HP INTEL(R) CORE (TM)i3- 2350M CPU@2.30GHz 64 bit operating system windows activation WINDOWS 7 HOME BASIC BOUGHT IN MAY 2012 IS NOT IDENTIFYING THE FLASH DRIVE. REQUEST MAIL ME HELP FOR DOWNLOADING THE HP V220W USB FLASH DRIVE DRIVER AT THE EARLIEST.

Hi jhonty, welcome to the HP Forums. USB drives do not have drivers, they are mass storage devices which is usually handled by your operating system. Here is some general USB troubleshooting documentation you can review: Troubleshooting USB Connections (Windows 7)
HP branded USB drives are actually supported by the manufacturer, PNY. They offer email support if you need additional assistance: HPSupport@pny.com

Did you even bother to read what TwoPointOH said -- about there NOT being drivers for USB ports?
Go back and read their post and then follow the directions on the USB troubleshooting link they posted.
