I have both the invoice from HP dated Nov. 22, 2020, and the "information about your new HP care pack" dated Nov. 24, 2020 as emails. I paid $63.99 for this 1 year extended warranty, 2+ month of which have now lapsed. I still haven't received the care pack. How do I get it? I have tried every way I can think of to contact HP directly. I actually have received messages back that my messages have been deleted due to content! I wasn't swearing; I wasn't even using horrible language. I was just inquiring how to get the Care Pack I purchased! Please help!
