what do you mean time capsule? when i first installed windows 11 again i made a restore point where there was no drivers installed yet cause windows messes with my iris xe drivers and makes the screen tear and i already restored to that point and paused windows updates to not mess with my drivers, so i already did what you said but not when you said but basically  the same and i have reinstalled windows so the system cant be corrupt and i also did the hardware diagnostics like you said

Hello @crankylama

The solution is "there is not solution"

If you have followed my previous instructions and the performance does not improve, you should consider buying a more powerful notebook.

Kind regards

what do you mean by a time capsule it was a restore point created after i freshly installed windows and the drivers from hp's website, also i will list my problems again to make it more clear

*poor performance when put under any sort of stress, i used throttle stop to see that on the desktop when its doing nothing the core clock go up to 4.2 ghz once i play a game or stress test the laptop the clocks drop to 400 mhz which makes it unusable hell even moving the windows around drops the core clocks

*poor battery life my batter was 78 just a minute ago now its 76 and i posted a battery report i believe

the lapotp is just unusable at this point, i have called hp's repair center in my region 2 times in their working hours and no one has picked up, and i cant talk to a support agent via chat cause i dont have the extended warranty so now i am stuck with a laptop that can barely do anything

Hello @crankylama

Please contact HP Support for service check/repair. There could be a technical error which is not detected by HP Diagnostics software.

Kind regards
