Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
i purchased a new hp win 10 laptop 2 weeks ago and have not been able to get into the operating
system so far , on start up there is the start up form.1 the country 2 the keyboard 3 the wifi password,
i have the correct wifi password,i have the correct upper and lower case digits/letters
the password works fine in my other laptop,there is no skip button to move forward in the form
the next button is deactivated , so i cannot complete the start up form,i tried the windows keyboard button + x and other keyboard combinations, what conbination will by pass the form.
is this a keyboard fault ? any help would be appreciated
