Maybe just a key replacement will work.

Laptop keys can be replaced. Some models are more difficult than others. Usually it is easier to replace a key or two than the keyboard.

The "HP PC HARDWARE DIAGNOSTICS UEFI" interface is how my computer always boots up. My goal is to get my PC to start up properly without the four menus and black interface.
