If the F2 key is stuck try this

Connect an external USB keyboard.

Boot the laptop and go into the bios and see if you can disable the laptop keyboard.

Reboot and see if the problem is fixed goes away.

if the keyboard is detachable, then remove it and try the USB keyboard.

It must be in the list of "task startup" apps.

If it is there, then remove it

let me know if that works or not.

Look in startup apps and if there, remove it.

Question:  Do the diagnostics show up after you log into windows?

It the problem shows up before windows starts, then bring up the HP Support assistant and look for a bios update.

There are two versions of your laptop, what is your product ID?

the interface comme just after clicking on power key, it gives 4 menus and the last one is "exit" , after exiting it proposes many others menus and the first one that allowes me to start my PC is "continue to boot"

This is unusual.  Something is wrong.

Make sure you do not have any devices plugged into a USB adapter.

Log into windows as normal and run the HP Support Assistant

Get the latest one here

Look for a BIOS update

Pressing F2 brings up the UEFI diagnostics.  Possibly the F2 key is stuck.  Just guessing.

Possibly the latest UEFI diagnostics will help.  This is just a guess.

HP releases newer UEFI diagnostics periodically.
When you select F2 during boot you are requesting UEFI diagnostics.
There is an updated diagnostics package here
https://support.hp.com/us-en/help/hp-pc-hardware-diagnostics
Look for the phrase 'issues outside the OS',
Expand the'+'symbol and click the DOWNLOAD button.
The version of the UEFI diagnostics is shown at the left of that DOWNLOAD button.
When you press F2 to run diagnostics please ensure the version is the new one.

I've an idea .May be we can do a video call so then you will better understand the issues . After the call you will publlish the solution to help other HP users. Please tell me if we can ? and which plateform  will we use?

Thank you, I removed the F2 key before starting my PC, the pc started normally. Now I'm looking for a way to put it back on without having the same problem.
The solution I used is to do a keyboard test on "Key-Test" - keyboard test online, so I realized that the f2 key stays clicked without touching it, after removing the key the behavior changed
