hp omen 17-w204nl Command center missing

Hi, I bought an Hp omen 17 (model w204nl) on Amazon. The problem is that I can't find anywhere in the driver page the Hp Command center app, that wasn't preinstalled on my pc.

Where can i download it? And where can I download the "Hp omen Control" for the keyboard?

Hi @Eleonora96, Thank you for posting at HP Forum.

I had a check on the softwares included with your Omen model (17-w204nl), and turns out the Omen command center app is not included with this particular model, which could be the reason why it was not pre-installed.

HP Omen control app is usually for Omen models with RGB keyboards, and I believe this model has only the standard red color for the keyboard backlight, however the Omen command center app should also give options to change the keyboard backlight (provided the feature is available).
