Hi guys

i did buy a  HP Elitebook 2740p and

when i changed  windows

The finger touch system is not working, but The Pen does work. 

It did install the drivers, i did update the firmware

What can i do?

plz help me

I see in another thread that this was a problem for that model.

Supposedly it was related to the Wacom digitizer driver (although I cannot be certain).

 

You say you updated the latest Wacom driver and firmware from the HP website, correct?

 

This user claimed he also had to go into Sevices and enableTabletPC... to autostart.

Take a look at the discussion here:

IF that does not help, hopefully someone with that model can chime in with what they did to fix it.
