my husband got hacked and the hacker took control of my computer HP pavilion what do I do

The hacker had me install a program that ran a diagnostic on my computer and then asked me to check my financial accts.  I did not but they ere already inside ny computer.

(1) Please disconnect the hacked notebook from internet ! Immediately !

(2) Please use another to communicate here. I will try to help you.

(3) To help you I need to know the product number (p/n) of your notebook that got hacked !

You will find this information on the back of your notebook printed in small alphanumeric letters.

The product number (p/n) is legally allowed information, just about the computer, no sensitive data.

It is allowed to post in public, no problem.
