Product: Victus by HP 15.6 inch Gaming Laptop 15-fb0000 (598U8AV)

Hello HP Support,

I have an HP Victus 15-fb0082AX laptop. Its original box mentions "Office Home & Student – Classic Apps Included on This PC".

After formatting and reinstalling Windows 11, Microsoft Office was removed. I no longer have access to the previous owner's Microsoft account.

Could you please check whether the original bundled Office Home & Student licence can be recovered or reactivated?
