HP Recommended

So basically, I bought this second hand laptop(Star wars) and I want to know how to bring in all the software it includes from the beginning of star wars. The model number is 15-AN000NE. How can I get back to the original stuff we get. As from the guy who I bought it from didn't know much. Please help me out!!

Sorry, but HP does not make that stuff available for download, so there is no site link I can provide that will enable you to get it.

 

What MIGHT work is something know as HP Recovery Media -- but you have to pay for that -- and since it might NOT contain the special stuff, my advice is for you to contact HP Customer Support directly before you buy it to confirm that it will do what you want it to do.
