upgraded from windows 8.1 home edition to WIndows 10, and now keep getting a message to activate windows. I have tried entering the information held in the BIOS. but this has not resolved issue.

I see that you are facing an issue with your Laptop.

Sadly reinstalling windows 10 has not resolved the issue.
