hello everyone
my fingerprint sensor was working just fine , and then one day i needed to add another fingerprint , i opened the sign up settings , and when i try to add fingerprint the wizard (saying windows hello setup) flashes for a second and then disappears , when i try again same thing happens , i've been trying to figure out a solution for months and still nothing , i'm very disappointed , i don't want to reinstall the OS , and i want to use fingerprint again (since i've reset the already saved ones and now i can't use fingerprint at all) , please some one with experience in such problem help me , all help will be very appreciated .

Greetings @Mi7even,
Thanks for the post.
I understand that you are looking to reconfigure the fingerprint reader on your notebook, is that right?
Kudos to you for trying to troubleshoot the issue on your own.
Not to worry, I will be glad to assist you.
Have you updated all the drivers on your computer?
Recommend you open Settings from the Windows menu.
Select Sign in options.
Set a pin for the computer.
Once you are set a pin you can configure the fingerprint reader.
If the issue persists, install the fingerprint software from this link and use it to configure fingerprint reader again.
Keep me posted.
