I'm trying to hook up 2 external monitors to my HP 15-f272wm (so 3 screens total including the laptop) but it looked I could only do 1 external monitor.  I couldn't figure out how to add 2 so am I missing something or is it not possible?  Thanks

You can connect to 2 external monitors using

  • HDMI port for the first monitor
  • USB to HDMI/DP DisplayLink Certified adapter for the second monitor

Regards.

Hi,

I purchased a USB/HDMi adapter but two of my USB ports didn't recognize it.  One did but the driver from the adapter never opened up.  The adapter did work on a different computer though.  Also, my mouse works in my three USB hubs.

I think my USB hubs are not working correctly.  Is there a way I can check and fix?

Thanks,
