HP Pavilion All-in-One - 24-r055se
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My HP 24-R0055se All in One, has an AMD R7 M460 video card with 2 GB RAM.

I downloaded a driver from AMD to update -- big mistake. Crashes when I use photo editing software (ON1Raw 2023).

Does anyone know what the best driver is for my HP All in One 24-R0055se?

Thanks,

Howard

They recommend the latest driver as:

Hello @HowardinBaltimo

Sorry to hear that you are having problems ... I would like to help you.

(1) You have to install the mostly older (but certified) drivers from <HP>

(2) Download and install / update

Thanks for your suggestion.  The installation failed because of a conflict, apparently.

Device manager and System Information both say my graphics is AMD Radeon R7 M460.  Don't know why the specifications you shared show Radeon 530.  Here is a screenshot:

Other options?  Just delete the driver and reboot?

Hello @HowardinBaltimo

So the computer has a different configuration. Sorry, I had overlooked your graphics card information.

Now I want to check it more precisely ...

My current driver, downloaded from the HP Driver support site is  Version 24.20.12002.0 dated 6/25/2018.

Is that the most recent driver on the HP site?

Thoughts about updating to the Adrenalin Edition?  I guess I could revert to the old driver on the HP site?

I downloaded the driver, and all seems to working fine.  If I run into any issues I will roll back the driver.

Thanks!
