Reminders

  • Pen Driver or Application does not make a pen compatible with your computer.
  • The Pen must first be compatible - the driver or pen application provides feature control.
  • HP Pen Control is intended for use with HP Pen
  • HP Pen Control is not compatible with the HP Tilt Pen.

1) Check / Uninstall / Install HP Pen Control

 

If Pen Control is already installed, check for it in Settings > Apps > Apps and Features

Scroll down, search, Click HP Pen Control

If available, you can try Advanced Options > Reset

OR (likely better)

Uninstall the App > Restart your computer and log in

 

Reminder:  Microsoft Store requires that you either be logged into your computer using you Microsoft account or that you log into the Store.
