HP ProBook 440 G7 Notebook PC (6XJ55AV)

Hi everyone,

I just wanted to ask if anyone else has experienced ongoing screen issues with their HP ProBook. I have an HP ProBook 44067 (Intel Core i5), which I purchased on August 21, 2021. Since then, I’ve had to repair the LCD screen three times (July 12, 2022, May 19, 2023, and May 7, 2024). Despite being extra careful with it, the screen started showing a green glitching effect in December 2024, and now I’m also seeing solid horizontal lines.

My warranty expired on August 21, 2024, and I can’t get it repaired under warranty anymore, which would be really costly. On top of that, for the three repairs, I’ve already paid an additional ₱1500 for Windows updates and driver updates.

As a graduating student, I rely on this laptop for schoolwork, so this ongoing issue has been very frustrating. 

 

Has anyone else experienced similar screen problems on their HP ProBook? If so, how did you handle it? Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
