Hello.

I have a problem with my laptop's screen. I bought this laptop last year and i updated it (from windows 10 pro) to Windows 11 and it was working just fine. recently When I turned it on the screen was black without a cursor ,but the keyboard light were on. I connected the laptop to an external monitor and the system is operating but laptop screen remains black. then I tried reseting the system and the screen still doesn't work. I don't know if the issue is in the hardware or the software. Should I replace the screen ? please help me. Sorry if my English is bad. I hope that I explained my problem well.
