Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Brightness control(f5/f6) doesn't work after reinstall OS. Volume(f8/f9) works well.

Model: HP ProBook 440 G4

OS: Win 10 x64

 

I tried to install driver "Intel Video Driver and Control Panel" but I have an error "This computer does not meet the minimum requirements for installing the software.".

 

How to fix it? Please help me.

Hello you need to add the "hotKEy Driver"

 

this with this softpaq by HP:

 

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp98501-99000/sp98968.exe.
