Brightness is maxed and plugged in with full battery, Battery saver is off and the screen is dim as if the brightness is lowered to 0%. I've had the laptop for about 4 months now. I have hooked the laptop to my t.v. via HDMI - HDMI but the screen shows no difference if using multiple screens or not. Is there any way to fix this?

I reviewed your post and I understand that the brightness on the computer is very low.
Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.
Is the display on the TV working fine?
Meanwhile, I recommend you update the BIOS and the graphics driver from the below link and check whether the issue is resolved.

Let me know how it goes and you have a great day!
