Hello,
This morning, I opened my laptop like I normally would do, but this time, I heard a crack-like sound. I immediately turned to the sound and saw that the left hinge of the laptop was broken. I don't take my laptop anywhere, not even to school. It stays on my desk and I never put any weight on it.
The same thing happened to my sister with her laptop - which is the exact same as mine - a few weeks back, and since then, I've been even more cautious about how I treat my laptop. I've only had this for 15 months, just above two years and got it about two weeks after my sister got hers.
I also noticed that two screws came out. I can't close my laptop anymore because it only seems as if it's going to fall apart even more than it already has.
I was wondering how much I'd have to pay to get it fixed, even though I find it unfair that this laptop is basically brand new and it's already falling apart on me.
