HP Recommended

Hi! I have a new HP Pavilion x360 2-in-1 Laptop 14-ek and the camera is not working. I tried with zoom and google meet, and says the camera and microphone are off.  In the Device Manager / Cameras / HP True vision 5MP Camera it says device is working properly. I ran the  automated diagnostics, says settings have been reset, but when I try to access it says an app is using camera. I have checked settings / privacy / camera and camera access is On. Hope you can help with this, thanks!
