Our HP Chromebook 14 keeps going to a black screen. I have followed the instructions on other posts on how to resolve the issue. I have done the Chrome OS Recovery twice and after about 40 mins of use the screen goes black again. Need some help on how to resolve this issue permanently.

I was working with support through Facebook Messenger. I have tried the steps that you suggested, reinstalled the Chrome OS 4 different times and the screen still goes black after a few minutes of use. None of the provided solutions are working.

@jbush76, that's unfortunate. If the issue persists, please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your Chromebook.
Keep me posted for any other assistance.
