Hi,
I bought the HP pen 1mr94aa#UUF model, I bought two times from Amazon because the first time I thought that it was broken or the battery AAAA was low but the new pen the same problem too.
I followed the guide, insert the battery with the positive pole pointing downwards and open the whiteboard program and touch the screen for active it, but nothing it does not work.
I also installed Hp pen control.
Best Regards,
Daniel

I cannot find evidence that this computer model supports an active stylus.
The Pen Control information you describe must has come from a different model Software and Drivers, yes?
Normally, if the computer supports the HP Pen, Software and Drivers for that model lists both Pen Control and perhaps a driver for the Tilt Pen (different pen but frequently supported with the HP Pen is supported).

Nice notebook - it does not show support for the multi-touch screen.
I cannot find that an stylus HP Pen is supported on your computer.

You are welcome.
I don't know the definition of "an integrated digital Synaptic".
Regardless, two points:
- We have limited means of finding the information you seek. Based on what I can find, this series does not support an active stylus.
- The "No" answer is universally disappointing - no one likes it. We do not enjoy saying it, either.
