Hi. On my Probook 640 G5 I have an VGA port, HDMI port and USB-C with Display Port functionality.

I have 3 monitors, if I plug any of them on VGA, HDMI or USB-C (using a USB-C to Display Port adapter) all of them work just fine. But if I try to use the 3 of them (with laptop screen down, since Intel UHD 620 supports only 3 screens) the VGA video signal stops working, and it happens when I connect the USB-C video signal.

Even if I only connect 2 monitors, I can connect VGA and works properly, but when I plug the USB-C monitor, VGA stops working.

Is there any way to have those 3 video outputs working together without buying an USB-C dock?

Thanks in advance.

Regards

K

Well that is your dream. You can connect to 2 external monitors + laptop screen. More than that you need a dock. Please check the following document to get a right one

Thanks @Banhien. I already know that I can do it with a dock, it's just that I do have the 3 outputs and it’s kinda non-sense not to be able to use it. Thanks for your time.
