HP Recommended
Product: HP ENVY Laptop PC 17t-cg100 CTO
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

My desktop icons keep moving, and I am not sure how to "permanently" solve the problem.  I believe the second monitor is the culprit, but I never had this problem with my previous laptop that I owned for over 6 years and used the same monitor. Your input is appreciated.
