Hi there,

So recently i noticed with my Display being abit out of play, Lets say if im on discord viewing a Gif, or watching a video my screen would go black for a few seconds then back on,  Its worse as if im using chrome and that happens i need to end the process for chrome and being again as its a long process and tiring.

My serial number is [Personal Information Removed], I tried looking up solutions but ive come to a dead end, I have updated my drivers to the latest version but no change, i feel like theres an issue with my Raedon graphics as im using Processor AMD Athlon Gold 3150U with Radeon Graphics, 2400 Mhz, 2 Core(s), 4 Logical Processor(s).

Any potentioal fix?

@Niior

Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

  • Did this happen after a recent window or software update?
  • Have you made any hardware/software changes?
  • Did you make any changes on the settings of your PC prior to the issue?
  • When was the last time it worked fine?

While you respond to that, let's try these steps:

Microsoft System Restore will return your computer to the files and settings from the restore point. Your personal files and documents are not affected. You can also undo a System Restore if the restore does not resolve the issue or if the issue becomes worse.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
