Product: HP Spectre x360 13.5 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC 14-ef2000 IDS Base Model
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

The display of my HP Spectre x360 14-ef200 is cracked. HP repair center at Best Buy said they can’t fix it. I understand and read the manual for spare parts. HP does not sell these parts to fix the display. I’m just looking for a repair.
