15s dr0002tx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello

I bought the HP 15s dr 0002tx laptop. but i have realised the display is sooooooooooooooooo bad.

Firstly i have to mostly keep it to almost full brightness.

Secondly i can see horizontal bars in every color throughout the screen and its very irritating. It becomes more prominent if there is single color in the entire screen. This machine has good configuration and display is very bad.

is there any1 else facing similar problem. I have tried many things adjusting the color etc  but no success.

feel like taking it to customer care center.
