When ever i open my system i will get a small dots on my entair screen but when i open task manager this dots will disappear help me to fix this problem.

How Do I Find My Model Number or Product Number?
The screen shot you attached does not show any dots. Do you have one with the dots?
I do see the background image did not load correctly, have you tried a different background?
Please get back to me with above information, so I can help you better.

I have geting a trouble shot in the file explorer an unknown New Volume is apparing in the file explorer called "SYSTEM(Z:)" , i want to know why it is apparing now at first when i purchage its not showing this SYSTEM(Z:) ,how can i remove it ,is there any problem to the system with this SYSTEM(Z:).
So please help me from this problem...
