Product: HP USB-C G5 Essential Dock
When plugging in the dock we are getting the error "Unsupported USB-C Audio Adapter. Connect a USB-C digital audio adapter instead. Select this message for more troubleshooting info." This has been tested with multiple laptops and its the same issue.
No option to log a call through a HP agent, unsure on what the factory warranty supports. Any ideas?
