Hi Guys

Im trying to run Adobe Premiere Pro on my HP Spectre x360 (Product: K3D89EA#ABU) but when launching i receive a message saying 'Unsupported Video Driver' to which a link to an Adobe page comes with a driver, ive tried to install it but I'm now seeing another message saying 'The driver being installed is not validated for this computer. Please obtain the appropriate driver from the computer manufacturer. Set up will exit' with it asking if i want to be directed to Intel support website. The current driver on the laptop is 'Intel(R) HD Graphics 520' but im not sure what it is im meant to download that'll allow me to run Premiere pro , can some please help with a link or instructions please??

Many thanks

Ahmed

Hi, Ahmed:

The product specs for your notebook indicate that is comes with the onboard Intel graphics adapter.

Please see my knowledgebase article at the link below for how to manually update the Intel HD graphics driver to the latest version found on the Intel website.
