Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

Hi everbody,

I'm using notebook HP 15ay099TU. After, I set up Window 7 (32bit). I have any problem:

1/ I did'nt choose Fn key (did'nt have in BIOS).

2/ I could'nt choose use to 2 desktop and did'nt have mutiple displays in screen resolution, is shown as attach picture

Hi:

 

Your notebook is not supported by HP for 32 bit operating systems.

 

The problem you are having is that you need to install the W7 32 bit graphics driver.

 

The only suggestion I can offer, would be to try the W7 32 bit graphics driver directly from Intel.

 

You want the 3rd driver down on the left side of the page (32 bit).
