HP EliteBook 840 14 inch G11 Notebook PC (8M4X5AV)

I recently purchased an EliteBook 840 g11 with the Intel Ultra 7 155H processor. The reason I purchased that was the Intel Arc Graphics integrated GPU. The "issue" though is that, Windows and apps like cpu-z are reporting the graphics adapter as "Intel Graphics" with hardware ID 7DD5 (Meteor Lake - P) instead of 7D55 which is the Arc Graphics hardware ID. I contacted HP Support but they just said that "according specifications" the laptop has the Arc graphics. Does anyone know if there is anyway to confirm if the laptop has enabled the Intel Arc graphics or not?

Now I understand that if you do not have 16 GB of ram or more in dual channel ARC graphic is not activated, if not the UHD graphic,

The system has 32GB of RAM in dual channel configuration.

check if you have updated graphics drivers., and then see if the device manager indicates the graph

Drivers are up to date.

Use Intel® Driver & Support Assistant, and check if it works with that controller.

Intel driver and support assistant provides a graphics driver from Intel to skip the one provided by HP. Even with that driver though, the display adapter reports the same: "Intel Graphics"

can you take a screenshot of the Intel driver in the Device Manager.
