Ah great.... thanks for the prompt response. Did you rollback the driver through device manager or download that specific sp145658.exe driver and then install ?

I tried to uninstall it and install the older driver but that didn't seem to work.

 

I only had one in the field at the time so I just adjusted my build task sequences and didn't think much more about it.  Maybe it will work for you.

Connect the two ViewSonic screens to the docking station. One screen with a display port and the other with an HDMI to USB c port. After that it should work.

Hi here... i found a solution to all our issues re ViewSonic external monitors connected through any make or model of dock - It was delated to  the Intel Video Driver installed on the HP Elitebook 640 G10. (sp151469.exe )
