Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Hey guys,

i just downgraded from windows 10 to 7 64bit but now i have a major issue with my radeon 8670m graphic driver ihave done a lot but i coudnt get pass through error 43 it says

'Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems error 43'

Plz help me to get pass through this issue

Thanks for becoming a member of the HP Support Forums. I understand you are having an issue with error 43 after downgrading from Windows 10 to Windows 7. I will be glad to help you.

 

Please follow the step from Display Driver Stopped Responding and Has Recovered (Windows 10, 8, 7).

 

You may need to uninstall the display and install the windows 7 drivers.

 

Please keep me informed of how things went.

The Tarsus for your positive response.
I did upgrade back from win 7 to 10 hoopeing it would resolve my issue but then I face with another issue I have two display adapter one is radion and intel4000 now i get my amd to work but as soon as I install Intel my PC goes black and takes me to recovery page error says video tdr failure (atikmpag.SYS)
