New laptop. Trying to connect via USB-C hub to external keyboard, mouse and 2x monitors.
1 monitor is good and displaying 1920x1080 as required.
2nd monitor in the Windows display settings won't go any higher than 1280x1024.
Both work okay with other laptops.
Is there a limitation on my HP Spectre x360 - 13-aw0039tu in terms of what it can drive? If so, how can I check this / resolve the issue.
Sorry - realise this is probably an easy one, but I am not the smartest IT person.

What is the hub ? Is it compatible with your machine ?

I am not sure that is the issue.
I have checked on another HP and dell laptops that work with the monitors. Both of these indicate that Total Available Graphics Memory is 8250 MB, whereas my new HP (that is not driving one of the monitors fully) has only 4068 MB.
Could this be the reason?
Is there a fix to this?
Thanks
