HP Pavilion Gaming - 15-ec1025ax
Microsoft Windows 11

Dear HP community,

Currently, I am using three HP computers (Two Laptops and One Desktop). My concern is about one the laptop HP Pavilion Gaming 1025ecax, after 20- 30 mins of use, my eye starts paining and I feel strain in my eyes. On the other hand, I do not feel strain while using my desktop and other laptop for hours. I have seen some others also complain about HP envy laptop about a similar issue. I think there is some display issue or inappropriate display resolution setting. I request you to kindly provide me with some solutions or good display resolution settings. Also, I would like to mention I have used the night mode, but still, the problem is the same.

Welcome to the HP support community.

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).

If you are unfamiliar with how the Community's private message capability works, you can learn about that here.

Thank you for visiting the HP Support Community.
