Product: HP Spectre x360 - 13t-4000 CTO (ENERGY STAR)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I just need help getting my screen fixed and getting a product key in order to update my laptop. I don't have the box it came with and I got this computer off of Offer Up, so I don't have the purchase receipt either.
