Hi everyone,
I have HP Pavilion - 15-cc178cl, Product: 2DS94UA.
Context: I recently cracked my screen and all the ones available in my town are new non-original replacements. I don't want to ship from out of town and I don't want to install a non-original one. What I can get is a used original monitor as all the rest I've tried have sRGB and gamma issues.
My question is for those who have my model or at least HP Pavilion notebooks with no replacement monitors, can you tell me what shows under "Monitor" when you run HWiNFO? This would be really helpful. I tried online and couldn't find publicly available HWiNFO reports of any HP Pavilion.
Thanks.

Thanks Banhien,
HP PartSurfer only shows specs without model.
For my device, under "Component BOM (OEM S/N BOM)", it shows: "PNL,15.6 FHD BV UWVA 45% 220n SLIM, AUO".
Under "Spare BOM (HP Orderable Product BOM)", it shows: "GNRC PANEL 15.6 FHD BV UWVA 220 eDP SlimTR".
However, it doesn't specify the make and model which only show through HWiNFO. This is why I'm asking users who have it unreplaced and can generate the report first-hand.
Here's an example from a non-original one:
Here's another example from an original one (non-HP):

As I said, I can't access to HP parts list. HP uses third party parts and your machine uses same part. I do NOT know the non-original parts.
Regards.

You can buy ANY non touch 15.6 SLIM display with 30 PIN connector on the bottom right side. Original is fullHD wuxga 1920x1080p (around 90u in ebay), but you can also use a standard 1366x768p (also SLIM 30pin bottom right) (for 50u) if you don't care about hires. Just did that with mine. I still have original broken display, I can copy it's back label info if you want.

Hi Isidroco,
Thank you so much for your most helpful response. I'd originally wanted someone to copy what the display reports to HWiNFO, but this should be very helpful if you'd copy the label info.
Thanks again for your help. It's much appreciated.
