Hello,

I just received my new laptop a week ago, and I found a problem that has been with the product since I received it. My display is not fully attached to the top laptop body behind and the gap between them is getting worse. The thickness of the gap is almost a slice of a credit card. I have waited for this product for almost over two months to get delivered, and now I am really disappointed with the quality. I wish HP to exchange the product new one. Because of Coronavirus, I can't even reach to the customer center or service. What support can I get with this problem?The gap Getting worseThe gap Getting worse
