Hi,

I still have the problem with the 4 yellow entries of the HID PCI mindriver for ISS. Are there any other possibilities? All drivers are updated.

Thanks for your assistence.

Hi @Flo26,

Welcome to HP Forums,

This is a great place to get support, find answers and tips,

Thank you for posting your query, I'll be more than glad to help you out 🙂

I understand that you are in need of support.

Don't worry I'll be glad to help you.

Try the steps recommended below.

Start > Search bar > Type cmd (right click run as admin to execute Elevated CMD)

Elevated CMD should now be opened, type the following:

chkdsk x: /r

x implies your drive letter, so if your hard drive in question is letter c, it would be:

chkdsk c: /r

Restart system and let chkdsk run.

    Open the "Computer" window
Right-click on the drive in question
    Select the "Tools" tab
    In the Error-checking area, click <Check Now>.

Do get back to me as I have a few more tricks up my sleeve. Said that, if I have helped you resolve the issue.

Feel free to give me a virtual high-five by clicking the 'Thumbs Up' icon followed by clicking on 'Accepted as Solution'

Have a great day Ahead!

Hi Raj1788,

I read the whole thread. Therefore, I already did chkdsk. The problem was still there.

Howver I installed an old driver sp72023 from 2015.

Now it is working.

I have exactly the same problem and Win10 Defender tries to fix it but it keeps coming back

HP Please fix!

Although i can't be sure about the consumer devices, a similar item on a HP EliteBook x360 shows that the appropriate driver is the Intel Sensor Hub Component Driver... you should be able to load the appropriate Softpaq driver to satisfy this missing driver
