What is HP's answer for the hinge issue's like the one I am experiencing? I understand it is a common issue for HP. The hinges on my HP laptop are so stiff that they have caused the corner on the right side of my palm rest to break off. I have looked online for a replacement palm rest and they are expensive. I would like to replace my palm rest with a new one but I do not want to spend that much money on a replacement and it just gets broken off again from the stiff hinges. I would appreciate any help or advise that anyone can offer on this matter. Thank you.
