HP ENVY 360 Camera Webcam not found

This laptop comes with a webcam. When I access the camera application, I get the following error message (screentshot):

Laptop: HP ENVY x360 15.6 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC 15-ew0000 (549V8AV)

Operating system: Windows 11

Notes:

1) I don't think my laptop has a "Privacy Camera Kill Switch". It has a "Webcam Shutter Key" and I have made sure it is enabled/on.

2) I don't see anything in device manager that looks like a camera or webcam

3) Windows update is up to date

3) Laptop is brand new. I've only had it for a few days

(1) Update BIOS

(3) Let BIOS be installed until it's completely done !

(4) Install/Update

I followed all the steps that you mentioned. Unfortunately, that didn't fix the issue. Still the same error message.
