Microsoft Windows 11

I'm trying to setup my Elite USB-C Dock G4 and my computer shows my 2 displays but there is no pictures showing on them. When I go to settings my computer can't detect them. My display models are HP 22cwa thru HDMI and HP 24mh thru Display port. Sometimes I get a picture on the HP 22cwa. I've tried changing the resolution, firmware update and different cables.
