Product: HP Elitebook 8460p
I have this very old HP Elitebook 8460p that runs on Windows 7 and Intel inside core i7 vPro. The brightness keys (f9 and f10) dont work when I press fn+f9 or fn+f10. The brightness is really high and I have gone into the Windows Control Panel and the Windows Mobility Center but neither have helped change the brightness. The fn keyworks as I can still change the sound via the desktop. Any soloution to this is greatly appreciated and hopefully they sove this issue I'm having.

Hi,
Install graphic driver:
Intel
http://support.hp.com/in-en/drivers/selfservice/swdetails/hp-elitebook-8460p-notebook-pc/5056942/swI...
AMD
http://support.hp.com/in-en/drivers/selfservice/swdetails/hp-elitebook-8460p-notebook-pc/5056942/swI...
If switchable graphics present, install Intel then AMD
If only Intel graphics present, then install that alone
Restart system, check
