Troubleshooting black screen issues on HP Notebooks: Click here to view the instructions!

HP Envy
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

So for a few months I've been noticing a little hitch in the right side hinge on my laptop.  I simply started opening the laptop more carefully to make sure it stayed aligned.  It seemed fine, and I noticed no other issues.  Then on Friday morning, I open my laptop and the screen is completely separated at the bottom right corner.  Probably a full 1/4" with the glass separating from the backing.  I looked online and it seems a lot of people have had this issue and it seems to happen around the 1-2 year mark.  I'm out of warranty.  Any suggestions?

This sounds like hardware related issue and computer needs to be serviced,
Hence, I would request you to reach out to our Support and our Support Engineers should be able to check the available service options in order to diagnose the computer physically.
