Dear Team,

I have been using my camera in meetings with Skype, Zoom and MS Teams but suddenly it stops to work. All I see now is a back screen which is flickering, no image.

My device manager shows HP HD Camera and HP IR Camera. I've tried today to follow instructions on your support page and on Device Manager tried the following: Uninstall device, Update the driver, Scan for hardware changes and install manually the latest driver available at HP. Nothing works, would you be able to help me?

Does anyone has an issue to solve this problem please ?

 

I have paid 2000 euros for a HP Dragonfly Uiltrabook and the camera does not work. There is a black screen afer 3 weeks of working.
